Keurig's Coffee CEO Post Open Again -- Market Talk

Dow Jones06-23

06:47 ET - Keurig Dr Pepper is once again looking for a CEO for its coffee spinoff now that JDE Peet's boss Rafael Oliveira is decamping to take the reins at Dutch brewer Heineken. Keurig, which closed its $18 billion acquisition of JDE Peet's earlier this year, had named Oliveira CEO of its coffee operating unit and said he will remain at the helm of the spinoff. Keurig initially had tapped former finance chief Sudhanshu Priyadarshi to be CEO of the coffee spinoff but late last year said Priyadarshi wouldn't be taking the post and was leaving the company. Keurig aims to complete the spinoff early next year. (colin.kellaher@wsj.com)
