QMMM Holdings (QMMM) said Tuesday it received a staff delisting determination from Nasdaq on June 17.

The exchange also said the firm's delay in filing Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended Sept. 30, 2025, served as an independent basis for delisting, the company said.

QMMM said it plans to appeal the decision by filing a request for oral hearing before the Nasdaq Hearings Panel. It added that the current trading halt of its shares will remain in place.
