LONGi Green Energy Technology (SHA:601012) said the combined pledged stake of three major stakeholders decreased to 12.81% following the release of shares from pledge.

Controlling shareholder Li Zhenguo released 80 million shares from pledge on June 22, reducing his total pledged holdings to 206 million shares, or 2.72% of total equity, according to a Wednesday filing on the Shanghai bourse.

The shares had been pledged to Bohai International Trust.

The released shares are not scheduled for re-pledging, though future pledges may occur based on personal needs.
