Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) has launched a search process for the future CEO of Global Coffee, which will be separated as an independent public company, the company said Tuesday.
The company previously said it will separate into Beverage and Global Coffee units, with the split targeted for early 2027.
Chairman Pamela Patsley has been appointed as chairman of Global Coffee, while CEO Tim Cofer will serve as CEO of the Beverage business post-separation, Keurig Dr Pepper said.
Meanwhile, the company said it maintained its 2026 sales guidance of $25.9 billion to $26.4 billion and adjusted earnings per share growth in the low-double-digit range. Analysts polled by FactSet are expecting sales of $26.26 billion.
