Shandong Fiberglass (SHA:605006) will redeem its Shanbo convertible bonds on July 7.
The company will pay 101.19 yuan per bond, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
The last trading date of the bonds is July 1 and the last conversion date is July 6.
Shares of the fiberglass maker were down 8% in recent trade.
