Smoore International (HKG:6969) said it subscribed to $110 million worth of notes issued by Ensemble Investment Corp., according to a Monday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The senior secured notes mature on Sept. 17, 2027, and offer an initial fixed interest rate of 4.31% per annum, followed by a floating rate starting Sept. 17, 2026.
