Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust (SGX:BUOU) signed two five-year property management agreements, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the trust were down over 2% in Monday trading.
The trust signed agreements with subsidiaries, Frasers Property Corporate Services, to handle its non-Australian properties, and FPI Property Management Services to cover its Australian portfolio.
The key change from the prior agreements is the inclusion of fee provisions for rooftop solar power facilities.
