Ambiq Micro (AMBQ) has priced an upsized offering of 2 million common shares at $78 each, the semiconductor developer said late Tuesday.
Ambiq Micro anticipates raising $156 million from the offering before expenses, and has also granted to underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to another 300,000 shares.
The offering is expected to close Thursday.
On Tuesday, Ambig Micro disclosed it planned a 1.8 million share offering.
