Imunon's Phase 3 Ovarian Cancer Trial Cleared to Continue

MT Newswires Live06-23

Imunon (IMNN) said Tuesday an independent data monitoring committee recommended continuing the phase 3 trial evaluating its experimental therapy, IMNN-001, in combination with standard chemotherapy for women with advanced ovarian cancer, with no changes to the study.

The company said the trial's primary endpoint is overall survival and includes two planned interim analyses that could support an accelerated marketing application if statistical significance is achieved early.

The trial has enrolled 27 patients so far and Imunon said it expects to complete enrollment of about 80 patients by the end Q1 2027.

Imunon shares were more than 7% higher in premarket trading.
