TechCreate (TCGL) said Tuesday it has filed an appeal in response to a recent NYSE American determination to begin delisting proceedings against the company's class A shares.
TechCreate said it believes that there is no basis for attributing any deficiency or wrongdoing to the company as a basis for initiating delisting proceedings.
