DigitalBridge (DBRG) is exploring strategic options for Malaysia-based AIMS Data Centre Holding, including capital raise, addition of new investors, or a potential sale, Bloomberg reported Thursday, citing people familiar with the matter.
The company is working with a financial adviser to explore different options. A potential sale transaction could value the data center operator at about $2 billion, according to the report.
Discussions are ongoing and DigitalBridge could ultimately decide not to pursue a deal, Bloomberg added.
DigitalBridge did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
