BitGo Holdings Inc. (NYSE:BTGO) announced plans to slash its workforce by nearly 15%. BitGo shares rose 1.5% to $4.87 in the after-hours trading session.
Analysts are expecting Cineverse Corp. (NASDAQ:CNVS) to post a quarterly loss of 1 cent per share on revenue of $21.86 million. The company will release earnings before the markets open. Cineverse shares gained 2.6% to $2.75 in after-hours trading.

ON Semi will acquire Synaptics in an all-stock transaction, representing a total enterprise value of approximately $7 billion. Synaptics shares jumped 9.9% to $138.00 in the after-hours trading session.
Analysts expect Beyond Air Inc. (NASDAQ:XAIR) to post a quarterly loss of 57 cents per share on revenue of $2.30 million before the opening bell. Beyond Air shares fell 1.5% to $0.47 in after-hours trading.
