Advanced Fiber Resources (SHE:300620) subsidiary, Zhuhai Jiahua Weijie Technology, will lease a production facility and a dormitory for 9 million yuan.
The rent contract will have a five-year term, with the first two years rent-free, according to an after-market filing on Thursday in Shenzhen.
The facility has an area of 11,631.28 square meters.
Shares fell nearly 8% on recent trade.
