NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 26, 2026-- 

Rithm Property Trust Inc. (NYSE: RPT, "Rithm Property Trust" or the "Company") announced today that its Board of Directors (the "Board") has declared second quarter 2026 common and preferred stock dividends.

Common Stock Dividend

The Board declared a cash dividend of $0.36 per share of common stock. The second quarter common stock dividend is payable on July 31, 2026, to stockholders of record as of July 7, 2026.

Preferred Stock Dividend

In accordance with the terms of Rithm Property Trust's 9.875% Series C Fixed-to-Floating Rate Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock ("Series C"), the Board declared a Series C dividend for the second quarter 2026 of $0.6171875 per share. The second quarter Series C dividend is payable on August 17, 2026, to preferred stockholders of record on August 1, 2026 (with an effective record date of July 31, 2026).
