Honda Motor's American Honda Unit Reorganizes Power Sports, Products Business

Honda Motor's (HMC) American Honda unit said Friday it restructured its Power Sports and Products group by moving its marine, powersports, and power equipment divisions under one framework.

The restructuring took effect in April, allowing each division to manage its own sales, marketing, and service functions, with the sales operations division also providing support across the three businesses, the company said.

The marine and powersports divisions surpassed their sales targets during the 2025 to 2026 fiscal year, American Honda said.

Shares of Honda Motor were up about 3% in Friday trading.
