Sun Pharma Advanced Research Terminates License Agreement with CMS Bridging

Sun Pharma Advanced Research Company (NSE:SPARC, BOM:532872) and CMS Bridging DMCC have mutually terminated their license agreement without providing a reason, according to a Friday filing with the Indian stock exchanges.

The license agreement entails developing and commercializing multiple products, including Xelpros, Elepsia, Taclantis, PDP-716, and SDN-037, in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan.

Sun Pharma said the termination is not expected to have any material impact on the company's financial position, operations, or other activities.
