CNH Industrial (CNH) said Thursday its subsidiary CNH Industrial Capital Canada priced CA$450 million ($317 million) of 3.80% notes due January 22, 2030, at an issue price of 99.87%.
The private placement offering is expected to close June 29, subject to customary closing conditions, the company said.
Net proceeds will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes, including repayment of indebtedness, according to the company.
