PNC Process Systems (SHA:603690) said controlling shareholder Jiang Yuan and concert party Lu Longying completed their planned share reductions.
Jiang offloaded 1.6 million shares, or 0.43% of total equity, for 48.0 million yuan, while Lu offloaded 7.8 million shares, or 2.04%, for 215.2 million yuan, according to a Friday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
Shares of the semiconductor device manufacturer closed 3% higher Friday.
