HeartBeam said Chief Executive Robert Eno will transition to a consulting role in a reorganization that will involve licensing its ECG signal technology out for heart attack detection.
The medical technology company said its reorganization will be led by its President Branislav Vajdic and Board Chairman Rich Ferrari.
Vajdic said that in addition to expanding its ECG technology, the company will continue to focus on previously announced clinical studies to accelerate the development of their heart attack detection platform.
HeartBeam said artificial intelligence accelerated the development of its ECG platform and a central focus of its new strategy would be to expand its platform beyond arrhythmia assessment to reliable heart attack detection.
It added that it intends to achieve global adoption by partnering with governments, health systems, and various manufacturers.
