HeartBeam (BEAT) said Chief Executive Officer Robert Eno will step down as CEO, board member, and principal executive officer effective June 30, according to a regulatory filing late Wednesday.

Beginning July 1, Founder and President Branislav Vajdic will serve as principal executive officer while Executive Chairman Rich Ferrari helps lead operations during the search for a new CEO.

Eno's departure was not tied to any dispute, and he is expected to continue supporting the company in an advisory role under a consulting agreement, the company said.

Separately, board member Mark Strome resigned from the board and all related committees, effective immediately.

HeartBeam shares were down 1.1% in premarket activity.
