HIVE Digital Technologies (HIVE) signed a letter of intent with a sovereign Swedish technology company for the lease of HIVE's 32-megawatt Boden, Sweden, facility over a period of up to 10 years, HIVE said Thursday.
The LOI contemplates high-performance computing colocation and HIVE expects to retrofit the facility to support up to 10,000 GB300 GPUs as part of the deal, according to the statement.
No financial terms were disclosed and HIVE said the LOI remains non-binding and subject to the negotiation and execution of a definitive deal.
