Dexus Says Remaining Bloc Shareholders Appeal New South Wales Supreme Court Ruling in Australia Pacific Airports Case

MT Newswires Live06-25

Dexus (ASX:DXS) said the remaining Dexus Bloc shareholders have filed an appeal against a New South Wales Supreme Court ruling in May, which upheld the validity of a default notice related to a legal dispute with Australia Pacific Airports, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.

Rest Infrastructure Trust, one of the Dexus Bloc shareholders, filed an appeal against the court decision earlier in June.

The court in May ruled that Dexus violated certain confidentiality agreements and must dispose of its stake in Melbourne Airport.

The company's shares gained 2% in recent Thursday trade.
