RTX (RTX) was awarded a $398.7 million cost-plus-fixed-fee and cost-reimbursement undefinitized contract action for advanced medium range air-to-air missiles, the US Department of Defense said late Wednesday.
The contract provides for D4/C9 system requirements review and preliminary design review activities, including proof-of-design and proof-of-manufacturing efforts, according to the statement.
The contract involves Foreign Military Sales to multiple countries and is expected to be completed by Dec. 11, 2027.
