Shenzhen Forms Syntron Information (SHE:300468) received the filing notice from the China Securities Regulatory Commission for the listing of up to 67.8 million H-shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Under the filing notice, the software products developer must report any material changes during the process and file issuance updates within 15 working days post-listing, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
Shares of the company were down 2% in recent trade.
