Launch Tech (HKG:2488) entered into a framework agreement to purchase semi-finished products or OEM products from Shenzhen Smartsafe Tech.
The goods can be purchased from time to time over a 2.5-year term starting July 1, 2026, and ending on Dec. 31, 2028, according to a Tuesday filing.
The goods to be purchased are not commonly available or manufactured by other suppliers.
The supplier is 47.25% controlled by Liu Jun, who is a substantial shareholder of Launch Tech.
