Precision BioSciences (DTIL) said Monday it was added to the Russell 2000 Index following the close of US equity markets on Friday.
The index membership lasts for one year and guarantees the gene editing company's automatic inclusion in the corresponding growth and value style indexes, it added.
Shares of the company were up about 6.3% in Monday trading.
