Metallium (ASX:MTM) appointed Tim Cooper as chief financial officer, effective Oct. 1, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
Cooper will succeed Stuart Fraser, who has stepped down from the role effective Tuesday, the filing said.
The group financial controller has assumed responsibility for the company's financial management during the transition, the filing added.
