Biocytogen Pharmaceuticals (Beijing) (HKG:2315) scored a legal win in China after a court dismissed a claim made by HBM (HKG:2142) subsidiary Harbour Antibodies.
Specifically, the Shanghai Intellectual Property Court made a first-instance judgment to dismiss Harbour Antibodies' allegation that Biocytogen's RenNano platform and related antibody products infringed on its exclusively licensed invention patent ZL201210057668.0, according to a Monday filing.
