Intrusion (INTZ) has closed the acquisition of cybersecurity service provider VigilAigent from Tego Cyber, the company said late Monday.
The deal integrates VigilAigent's agentic artificial intelligence engine, The Oracle, with Intrusion's TraceCop database and adds about $3.5 million in annual recurring revenue, the company said.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
