Siemens Expected to Benefit from Positive Momentum

Dow Jones06-30

1059 GMT - Siemens is expected to deliver another strong quarter, with continued positive momentum across both smart infrastructure and digital industries, Bank of America analysts say in a research note. The analysts highlight the German conglomerate's particularly strong demand in electrification, grid investment and data centers, with no clear slowdown in orders and double-digit growth expected in key segments. Siemens's software business points to steady growth despite broader pressure on valuations across the sector, the analysts say. Siemens is well-positioned to benefit from long-term data center growth trends, particularly as new electrical architectures increase demand for its solutions, they add. Shares trade 4.3% higher at 281.05 euros. (nina.kienle@wsj.com)
