Thai Parcels (BKK:TPL) reported the exercise of 2.14 million TPL-W1 warrants in the fourth exercise period, according to a Wednesday Thailand Exchange filing.
The warrants were exercised at 0.70 baht per share on June 30, resulting in the issuance of 2.14 million new common shares.
Following the exercise, 281 million TPL-W1 warrants remain outstanding, the logistics and parcel delivery company said.
