Dow Jones07-03 18:58
1058 GMT - LBBW cuts its forecasts for German 10-year Bund yield for three- and 12-month horizons, seeing it as "very unlikely" that the European Central Bank will feel compelled to raise interest rates in July. "We are cutting our forecast for the yield on 10-year German government bonds from 3.20% to 3.00% for the three-month horizon and from 3.35% to 3.20% for the 12-month horizon," says senior fixed income analyst Elmar Voelker in a note. The 10-year Bund yield rises 2.4 basis points to last trade at 2.922%, according to Tradeweb. (emese.bartha@wsj.com)
