CKM Applied Materials (TPE:8930) leased out land in Tainan City to Air Liquide Far Eastern for NT$871 million, according to a Thursday Taiwan bourse filing.
Air Liquide Far Eastern is planning to construct a factory and carry out production operations at the site.
