Zoom Communications (ZM) has agreed to acquire Common Room, the company said Thursday.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
Common Room compiles customer data into business intelligence, the company said. Zoom intends use the company's tools to allow users to analyze sales conversations, the company said.
The deal is expected to close in the coming weeks.
