Denison Mines (DNN) has received permission and support from the Peter Ballantyne Cree Nation to develop its Wheeler River Project in northern Saskatchewan, Canada, the company said Thursday.
The Peter Ballantyne Cree Nation withdrew its judicial review application related to the environmental assessment approval granted by the province of Saskatchewan for Denison's Phoenix in-situ recovery uranium mine, the company said.
