Tesla (TSLA) electric truck rival Windrose Electric plans to list in the US through a special-purpose acquisition company at an enterprise value of at least $2 billion, the Financial Times reported Wednesday, citing an interview with CEO Wen Han.
The Chinese company began exporting its heavy-duty electric truck to the US in 2025 and now aims to raise more than $200 million through a merger with a blank-check firm by year-end 2026, the report said.
