Gladstone Commercial (GOOD) said Wednesday it signed a 10-year, five-month lease with Ohio Life Sciences for 34,361 square feet at its office and research property in New Albany, Ohio.
The lease brings the 86,301-square-foot property to 100% occupancy.
Ohio Life Sciences plans to use the space for a biomanufacturing workforce training center as part of an initiative announced in 2025.
