Oceaneering International (OII) said Tuesday it set the purchase price for its previously announced cash tender offer for any and all of its outstanding 6.000% senior notes due 2028 at $1,018.46 per $1,000 principal amount.
The company said it intends to fund the tender offer with proceeds from its contemporaneous offering of senior notes.
