Idaho Copper said late Wednesday it priced its underwritten public offering of stocks and warrants at $4.85 apiece for gross proceeds of about $18 million.
The company has granted underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 556,800 of shares or warrants.
The shares are expected to begin trading on the New York stock exchange American on Thursday under the "COPR" ticker. The offering is expected to close on July 6.
Idaho Copper aims to use the proceeds from the offering for the completion of an updated preliminary economic assessment, the first phase of preliminary work on a prefeasibility study and general corporate purposes.
