BeOne Medicines (SHA:688235, HKG:6160) said interim results were positive for the Phase Three MANGROVE trial evaluating Brukinsa (zanubrutinib) plus rituximab as first-line treatment for mantle cell lymphoma.
The chemotherapy-free regimen reduced disease progression or death risk by 43% versus bendamustine-rituximab, meeting its primary endpoint, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
BeOne Medicines plans to present full results at a medical congress and pursue global regulatory submissions in late 2026.
Shares of the oncology company were down 3% on the Shanghai bourse and 2% in Hong Kong.
