Stocks to Watch: Shutterstock, Intuitive Machines, Bloom Energy, Papa John's

Getty Images said it plans to terminate its merger with Shutterstock after a U.K. regulator said the latter company must sell its editorial business for the deal to go through. Shares of Shutterstock fell 31% to $9.64 in after-hours trading on Tuesday.

Intuitive Machines received a contract worth up to $148.3 million to deliver a Moon lander for NASA. The stock rose 7.7% to $23.03 after the bell.

Brookfield boosted its financing framework for artificial-intelligence infrastructure power projects to $25 billion from $5 billion in an expansion of its partnership with Bloom Energy. Shares of Bloom Energy were up 9.5% to $331.40.

Papa John's International Chief Financial Officer Ravi Thanawala is leaving to become CFO of another public company. Chris Collins was named interim CFO. Shares declined 5.4% to $34.80.
