Amiyaki Tei Profit Climbs 13% in Fiscal Quarter

Amiyaki Tei (TYO:2753) posted a 13% increase in profit attributable to owners of the parent to 308 million yen for the fiscal quarter ended June 30 from 272 million yen a year earlier.

The restaurant chain operator's earnings per share increased to 15.02 yen from 13.28 yen a year ago, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Friday.

Net sales rose 10% to 9.89 billion yen from 8.98 billion yen in the prior-year period.

For the full fiscal year ending March 31, 2027, the company expects attributable profit of 1.45 billion yen, EPS of 70.57 yen, and net sales of 41.1 billion yen.

Amiyaki Tei plans to pay an interim dividend of 17 yen per share and a year-end dividend of 17 yen per share for the current fiscal year, totaling 34 yen per share, unchanged from last year's amount.
