Franklin Covey's (FC) shares were down 12% in Thursday's premarket activity after the company cut its full-year fiscal 2026 revenue guidance, undermining its fiscal Q3 results.

The company reported a fiscal Q3 net income late Wednesday of $0.27 per diluted share, swinging from a loss of $0.11 a year earlier.

Four analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $0.27.

Revenue for the three months ended May 31 was $67.8 million, compared with $67.1 million a year earlier.

Four analysts polled by FactSet expected $75.7 million.

The company lowered its fiscal 2026 revenue to $260 million to $267 million, from $265 million to $275 million previously. Analysts expect $267.7 million.
