MT Newswires Live07-06

PMGC (ELAB) said Monday it merged AGA Precision Systems into A&B Aerospace, with A&B Aerospace continuing as the surviving operating entity.

The company said the merger is intended to simplify its aerospace manufacturing business by combining operations of two precision manufacturing companies under one corporate structure while continuing to operate the AGA brand as needed to maintain customer and vendor continuity.

PMGC said it expects the merger to reduce administrative costs, improve resource sharing across its Azusa and Santa Ana, California, facilities, and increase operational flexibility.

Existing customer agreements and operations are expected to continue without interruption, the company added.

Shares of PMGC were rising more than 10% in premarket activity Monday.
