Hong Kong saw 87 newly listed companies in the first half of 2026, up 98% from 44 a year earlier, according to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing's monthly market highlights.
Funds raised through initial public offerings surged 92% year over year to HK$210.2 billion from HK$109.4 billion.
The exchange said the 87 new listings included two transfers from the Growth Enterprise Market to the Main Board.
