Shenzhen New Industries Biomedical Engineering (SHE:300832) actual controller Weng Xianding is placed under detention by a supervisory committee, the company said in a Thursday filing to the Shenzhen bourse, citing the family.
Weng has not held any position in the company since Sept. 8, 2021, and his detention will not have a significant impact on the company, it said.
