Accelink Technologies' (SHE:002281) board has authorized management to begin preparatory work for a potential listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, according to a Shenzhen Stock Exchange filing on Tuesday.
The decision was approved during a board meeting on Monday. The authorization is valid for 12 months from the date of approval.
The optical components manufacturer aims to use the potential Hong Kong IPO to deepen its global strategic layout, diversify its financing channels and improve corporate governance, it said.
Accelink's Shenzhen-listed shares rose nearly 2% in early-morning trade on Tuesday.
