CSC Financial Unit Completes 360 Million-Yuan Bond Issue; Hong Kong Shares Fall 3%

CSC Financial (SHA:601066, HKG:6066) indirect subsidiary, CSCIF Hong Kong, completed the issuance of 360 million yuan medium-term bonds, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.

Proceeds will be used to boost working capital for its overseas business.

CSC subsidiary CSC (International) Financial Holding is the guarantor, providing a guarantee of 380 million yuan for the issuance.

Shares fell 3% in Hong Kong during morning trading on Tuesday.
