Luye Pharma (HKG:2186) redeemed the remaining $90.3 million principal amount of its $180 million 6.25% convertible bonds due 2028 following bondholders' exercise of their early redemption option.
Following the early redemption, all outstanding bonds have been redeemed and cancelled, according to a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing.
