China Communications Construction (HKG:1800, SHA:601800) proposed to distribute an annual cash dividend of 0.08 yuan per share, according to a Hong Kong filing on Monday.
The infrastructure builder's Shanghai shares fell 2% during the morning trade.
The dividend will be paid out on Aug. 14 go shareholders on the record by July 20.
